Tikvat Israel Dancers

Tikvat Israel Dancers are composed of individuals who desire to worship Adonai through the expression of dance.

There is Shabbat morning dance for worship services that is open to any one who desires to worship on Saturday morning. Irene Clark teaches the basic Israeli steps, such as the mayim, tcherkessia, yeminite, miserlu and the morning dances to those who are not familiar enough with the steps to enable them to be able to join in when ready. Dance practice is on Saturday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in the small sanctuary.

Tikvat Dancers

Tikvat has an outreach dance troupe led by Elaine Bland that is for the more advanced dancer that is available to perform at churches, nursing homes, workshops, or wherever requested. This team worships and praises Adonai through Davidic and interpretive dance for His Feasts as well.

Tikvat also has a youth dance team led by Joanna Monastryly and overseen by Irene Clark and Elaine Bland.
